Kara Prickett is a Financial Advisor in Training, bringing 18 years of experience as a nurse and a passion for helping others navigate life’s most important decisions. With a BS in Finance and a Master’s in Nursing, she takes a holistic, relationship-driven approach to wealth management. Kara will graduate from Baird’s Financial Advisor Training Program in December 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her husband, Jamison, and their two children, Josie and Roman.

We are thankful for her addition to Baird and hope you get an opportunity to meet her soon.

Thursday, July 31st, is National Intern Day, and we want to celebrate our amazing interns, Kaia and Madison! Thank you for your hard work and contributions to our team this summer. We are lucky to have you both!

Kaia is a senior at Iowa State University, majoring in Finance and minoring in Entrepreneurship.

Madison is a junior at the University of Iowa, majoring in Finance, minoring in Psychology, and pursuing a Certificate in International Business.
