Ben Vander Leest is a Client Assistant at Baird, having joined the firm in 2026. He enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and having the opportunity to provide the support and service they need.
Ben earned his bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Management Information Systems from Iowa State University in 2024. Prior to joining Baird, he worked as an Application Analyst for a technology company in Kansas City.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, playing basketball and golf with friends, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
