Lainey Ford is a Client Specialist at Baird, having joined the firm in 2024. She has worked in the customer service industry for four years and enjoys having the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with clients.
Lainey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in human relations from the University of Iowa in 2023. She worked as an assistant store manager for a clothing boutique before joining the Vander Leest and Wenzel Group.
In her free time, Lainey enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
